What is WiseApps Group?
WiseApps Group is a software company registered in Singapore. We design, build and run web apps, mobile apps and websites, including Plate-wise, SiteSurvey, Lets Go Travel, TrigStrike and our web studio, DC WebApps.
What does WiseApps Group sell?
WiseApps Group sells subscriptions to its business apps, such as SiteSurvey for heat-network survey teams, with a one-off setup fee when we set up a company's account. DC WebApps, our web studio, builds websites and web apps for businesses. Some of our apps, such as Plate-wise, are free to start.
How do I pay?
You pay WiseApps Group online through Stripe, by card, bank transfer or Pay by Bank. Companies can also pay by Direct Debit, and each invoice comes with a Pay online link. Anything you buy inside an iPhone app goes through Apple.
How do subscriptions work?
You pay a WiseApps Group business subscription yearly in advance. It does not renew by itself. We remind you before it ends, and you decide whether to pay for another year.
What is the setup fee?
The setup fee is a one-off charge for setting up your company's account on one of our business apps. You see it on your order or invoice before you pay, and you pay it once.
Which currency, and is VAT included?
Your order or invoice shows the currency and the price before VAT. We add VAT where it applies.
Can I get a refund?
WiseApps Group refunds in full any payment taken by mistake or taken twice. We do not refund a yearly subscription part-way through the year, a setup fee once setup has started, or prepaid usage you did not use. Our Terms give the full rules.
How do I cancel?
You can stop at any time. WiseApps Group subscriptions do not renew by themselves, so we do not charge you again unless you choose to renew. To close your account, email hello@wiseapps-group.com.
Is my card information safe?
WiseApps Group never sees or stores your card number. Stripe, a payment company used by businesses around the world, takes the payment on its own secure pages.
Can WiseApps Group build an app for my business?
Yes. Tell us what you want to build and who it is for at hello@wiseapps-group.com, and we will reply with next steps. Before any work starts, we send you a written quote. Our Terms explain how quotes and payments work.
