Who is responsible

WiseApps Group, a company registered in Singapore, decides how we use this data. Under UK and EU data protection law, that makes us the data controller.

When you visit this website

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other companies' servers.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs: your IP address, the page you asked for, your browser type and the time. We use them only to keep the site secure and working, keep them no longer than that needs, and never use them to profile visitors.

If you press "Pause motion", your browser remembers that choice on your own device. It never reaches us.

When you email us

We keep your name, email address and what you write, so we can reply. We keep it while the conversation needs it, and longer only when it leads to an order or the law asks us to.

When you buy from us

We keep what we need to supply what you bought and to bill you: your name, business name, email address, billing address, VAT number if you have one, and what you bought and when.

Stripe handles your payment and receives your card or bank details. We never see or store a full card number. We keep Stripe's payment reference with your invoice. Stripe explains its own use of data in its privacy policy.

We keep invoices and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Data inside our products

Each product has its own privacy notice, shown in the app or on its website.

In SiteSurvey, the company using it decides what its people upload, so that company is the data controller for that data. We process it for them under SiteSurvey's Terms.

Why the law lets us use it

• To supply what you bought and bill you: our contract with you.
• To keep tax and accounting records: a legal duty.
• To answer your emails and keep this website secure: our legitimate interest in running the business, weighed against your rights.

Who else sees it

We share personal data only with companies that help us run the business: our hosting provider, our email provider, and Stripe for payments. Each may use it only to provide its service to us.

We never sell personal data or use it for advertising.

These providers may hold data outside the UK and the European Economic Area, including in Singapore and the United States, under their own data protection terms.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• show you the personal data we hold about you
• correct it
• delete it
• stop or limit how we use it
• give it to you in a format you can pass on

Email hello@wiseapps-group.com. We reply within one month, as UK and EU law require.

If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore, or the data protection authority where you live in the EU.

When we change this notice, we update the date at the top.
